The program commenced with a parade of the different programs, fostering camaraderie among students and strengthening connections within each academic community. The much-anticipated Crowd Check followed, as each program proudly showcased its energy and school spirit by cheering for their respective programs. In keeping with the Tamaraw tradition, the assembly then paused for the singing of the Philippine National Anthem and the FEU Multi-Faith Prayer.

Dr. Victor Tabuzo, Dean of Tertiary Education, formally opened the ceremonies by welcoming the Tamaraws to the new academic year. In his message, he encouraged students to pursue academic excellence while embracing collaboration and teamwork throughout their journey at FEU Roosevelt.

One of the highlights of TamRally 2026 was the turnover ceremony of the TED Central Student Council (CSC), during which the outgoing CSC officers for Academic Year 2025–2026 formally passed on their responsibilities to the newly elected student leaders. Outgoing TED CSC President, Mr. Kylle Balili, expressed his gratitude to the Tamaraw community and reflected on the successful initiatives and events led by the council during the previous academic year.

Following the turnover, newly elected TED CSC President, Mr. Christuan Gonzales, delivered his inaugural message, pledging to lead with empathy while ensuring that the voices and concerns of every Tamaraw remain a priority throughout his term.

The program continued with the mass induction of the newly elected officers of FEU Roosevelt’s recognized student organizations, including Gazette, ACES, FEURture Educators, Managers Club, and TOMSOC. During the ceremony, the student leaders took their oath and committed to carrying out their responsibilities with fairness, integrity, and transparency. As the formal program concluded, students explored the organization booths set up around the venue, where they participated in interactive games and learned more about the various student organizations through club registration activities.

TamRally 2026 concluded on a high note, marking the official start of Academic Year 2026–2027 and setting the tone for another year of learning, leadership, and community among the Tamaraw students of FEU Roosevelt.
