The celebration kicked off with an opening exhibit and a series of competitions showcasing student talents in travel photography and poster-making. These events aimed to inspire creativity while promoting the value of tourism in preserving cultural heritage and fostering global peace.

The guest speaker, Ms. Biñas, who is an expert in the Filipino Brand of Service Excellence (FBSE), captivated the audience with her keynote address on the significance of exceptional service in tourism. Her seminar emphasized the role of Filipino hospitality in the success of the tourism sector, especially in ensuring sustainable and meaningful travel experiences for both local and international visitors.

The program, which began at 7:30 AM with a formal registration and ceremonial opening, also included the ribbon-cutting of the exhibit, open judging of the competitions, and a question-and-answer session. Ms. Biñas’ seminar on service excellence was a key highlight, drawing interest from students eager to learn how their skills can contribute to the country’s tourism growth.

The event concluded with a unifying rendition of the FEU hymn, leaving students and faculty alike inspired to carry forward the values of sustainability and service in their future endeavors within the tourism industry.
