Leadership begins within oneself. It is not just a skill, but it is the art of influencing, guiding, and achieving certain objectives collaboratively. While it may be apparent that experienced student leaders have more compelling leadership abilities than others, it is also true that a typical student is not just bound to remain on the sidelines. Anyone can be and is capable of being a student leader regardless. Moreover, these supposed average students are sometimes the most influential leaders.

From all the different clubs and organizations, our FEUR Cainta Junior and Senior High School students participated in the search for student leaders, in which confident and competent students strived for particular positions and proved themselves of how deserving they are to be one of the leaders in each club and organization. A week of application was given to those who wanted to be a student leader. The aspiring applicants prepared their application letters and curriculum vitae that were addressed to the respective advisers of their chosen club or organization. Along with this, an interview with the applicants by the Club adviser was conducted.

Through the Search for Student Leaders, it showed how empowered and influential any student can be to lead the Tamaraw community. Students have showcased their determination and willingness to serve. Their courage to serve others reflects the skill they hold to be a student leader. The bravery that the aspirant leaders has to take this challenge is something extraordinary as they brace themselves to inspire and lead the student body.
