The event commenced with a warm invocation and the rendition of the National Anthem, led by AVP, setting the tone for an inspiring and uplifting gathering. IAC San Mateo then presented the 4 Way Test, emphasizing the core principles that guide Interact members worldwide.
IAC Jaxtax led the audience in the Interact Pledge, reinforcing their commitment to uphold the values of service, leadership, and friendship. The core values of Interact, exemplifying service above self, were eloquently explained by IAC San Mateo, reminding everyone of the organization’s mission.
A moment was taken to acknowledge the dignitaries and participants who graced the occasion, with a special mention to IAC Jaytax. Their presence and support served as a motivating force for the young leaders to continue their impactful work.
The welcome remarks were delivered by Councilor and Club Status Chairman PP Serafin “Bolis” Bernardino. He commended the Interact clubs for their unwavering dedication and highlighted the positive influence they have on their communities. His words of encouragement set the stage for an evening filled with celebration and recognition.
The event progressed with an insightful address by Cluster 3 and District Awards Chairman PP Robert “Eric” Sanchez, who eloquently articulated the purpose of the gathering. He reminded everyone that they were not merely celebrating achievements but also inspiring future leaders to embrace service and take charge of their communities’ welfare.
The atmosphere was filled with excitement as congratulatory video messages were played. Youth Service Chairman and District Governor-Elect Ronaldo “Pope” Solis and District Governor Arturo “Bobby” Janyag expressed their pride in the Interact members for their outstanding accomplishments. Their encouraging words resonated deeply with the audience, motivating them to continue their pursuit of making a positive difference.
IAC San Mateo then led an icebreaker activity, bringing together participants from different clubs to engage in fun and interactive games. Laughter and camaraderie filled the room, highlighting the strong bond among Interact members.
The ceremony proceeded to honor exceptional individuals and clubs through special awards. Club Extension Chair PDRR Alilie “Alx” Francisco and Club Status Chair PP Serafin “Belle” Bernardino received recognition for their efforts in establishing new Interact clubs. Zone 7 Chair PE Karl Angelo Robles and Zone 8 Chair Bt Kurt Morales were acknowledged for their exceptional hosting.
Zone 3 Chair Rtr Alvin Renan Camat and Zone 4 Chair Rtr Joshua Bram Qlvis were commended for their outstanding leadership in organizing the DIR Challenge. The dedication of Cluster 1 Chair PP Jed Concepcion in supporting the faculty advisors of Interact teams was also recognized.
The hard work and dedication of DICOM Secretary Althea Recca Fidelis and DICOM Tech Chair Bt Paul Angelo Sioco were acknowledged with a Service Award for the DIR Team. DICOM Chair PP Robert “Eric Sanchez” received a Service Award for his exceptional contributions to the Interact community.
The most engaged District Interact Team Member title was awarded to the talented DIR Anasa Acebo, while the diligent DICOM Chair PP Shella de Bodia received recognition as the most engaged District Interact Committee Member.
The Outstanding Projects award, presented to DICOM Chair PP Sheila de Bodia, acknowledged the remarkable initiatives and community projects implemented by Interact clubs.
An interactive game, organized by IAC Jaytax, added a competitive spirit to the event, bringing together participants in friendly rivalry. The game further strengthened the camaraderie among the attendees.
The ceremony reached its pinnacle with the presentation of major awards. Zone 7 Representative Marthie Ancheta and Zone 8 Representative Realyn Rivera were honored with the Certificate of Active Membership, recognizing their commitment and involvement in Interact.
Zone 5 Representative Sophia Grace Aduccal and Zone 6 Representative Ayesha Rolle received the Certificate of Recognition for their outstanding contributions to their respective clubs and communities.
The District Citation was presented to Zone 1 Representative Trixie de Guzman and Zone 4 Representative Alexis Abies, commending their exemplary dedication and achievements in advancing the Interact mission.
The highest accolade, the District Citation with Recognition, was conferred upon DIR Anasa Acebo and DIR Secretary Angelic Dane Paguinte. Their unwavering commitment to service and leadership has left a lasting impact on the Interact community.
