FEUR Cainta Tamaraws are known for their ability to learn fast and for their exhilarating talent. Hazel Faith Sagun (12-STEM A), Jambie Santos(12-HUMSS), and Mykah Angela Rubis (10-Competence), dancers from the Movers’ Club, led the students and teachers in a pre-recorded Zumba video. They were able to use a funky tune and develop a choreography for the FEUR Cainta Students to follow. During the homeroom session, the advisers encouraged the students to change their attires into a workout or zumba outfit before starting the Zumba session. Then, everyone was asked to open their cameras and follow the dance moves of the lead dancers from the video.

The activity concluded as a successful event as Tamaraws did not back down with the challenge. They did not only enjoy the activity, but also through such exercise, they were able to invigorate their health through empowering fitness components.
