After a heated competition, the winners were announced. Sophia Opina from 11 ABM B secured the coveted first place, followed by Ramiel Manlabao from 11 STEM F in second place. The third place was shared by Iñaki Teope and Allyza Mae Arguelles from 11 STEM E and STEM C, respectively. These exceptional students proved their proficiency in ICT and emerged victorious in a challenging and intellectually stimulating competition.

During the exhibit for ICT Week, the elementary students enthusiastically engaged with a variety of robots, sparking their curiosity, and fostering their love for technology. The students eagerly explored the interactive displays, which showcased robots ranging from programmable toy robots to advanced humanoid models. With wide eyes and infectious enthusiasm, they interacted with the robots, learning how to control their movements, execute commands, and solve simple tasks. On Thursday, May 18, the campus was adorned with vibrant and creative posters as students participated in the Poster Making Contest. With the theme “Making I.T. Happen: Advancing to the Future through Innovation,” students unleashed their artistic talents and utilized their knowledge of ICT to create visually captivating representations of the role of technology in our lives. The Computer Lab 1 in the Junior High School Building served as a hub of creativity as participants poured their ideas onto canvas. The contest not only highlighted the students’ creativity but also emphasized the significant role of innovation in shaping the future.

The ICT Week festivities reached their climax on Friday, May 19, with the Cosplay Competition. Students enthusiastically embraced their favorite online game characters, bringing them to life through detailed costumes and performances. The event showcased the vibrant imagination and dedication of the Tekki Tamaraws, who demonstrated their love for gaming and pop culture. It was a visual extravaganza as participants paraded on stage, delighting the audience with their impressive portrayals. The cosplay competition served as a testament to the students’ creativity and their ability to merge technology with their passion for fictional worlds.
