The meeting was conducted virtually via a channel in MS Teams. The club representatives started joining the meeting around 5:45 p.m. The meeting began with the singing of the Philippine national anthem which was then followed by a prayer. The event was hosted by the officers of the student council, and the outline of the discussions were shown on a presentation shared on-screen.

As for the welcome remarks, words of introduction were given by Elisha Ann Tindugan, the FEURRSC vice-president, and Alyzza Comia, the FEURRSC secretary. The formal discussion immediately started with Neah Cassandra Aguilar, discussing the recent accomplishments of the organization. Similar to the first general officers’ meeting with FEURRSC, the duties and responsibilities of every position of a governing body was also discussed by the hosts with the club representatives. The structure of the FEURRSC with regards to the whole FEUR Rodriguez management was also briefly discussed.

Since the main objective of the meeting was to inform the club representatives regarding the upcoming Grand Club Day, a draft of the events line-up on January 28 was presented to the meeting. It was emphasized that the Grand Club Day will be held simultaneous to the celebration of FEU Roosevelt’s 88th Founding Anniversary with the theme, “Braver Together: Breaking Boundaries for a Borderless Future”. Everybody was encouraged to conduct fun and interactive activities with their club members for the upcoming event. Suggestions of the student council officers regarding the activity which the different clubs can execute were given. Also, other features which the club representatives are suggesting were later expounded throughout the meeting.

The discussion was then followed by the introduction of Karl Christian Laurea, the FEURRSC club coordinator. Laurea mentioned that the club representatives can submit their letters until January 16, via MS Teams or Outlook. Should any club need an assistance from the FEURRSC, especially when it comes to the funding of their activity prizes, they will need to submit a letter providing the details of the activities which they will be conducting.

Around 7:00 p.m., the meeting was then summarized by Alyzza Comia. An inspirational closing remark was given by Emil Bugarin, then the meeting was concluded by the singing of the FEU Hymn.
