The Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSEd) program at FEU Roosevelt prepares students to become effective and proficient educators for junior and senior high school learners. The program provides students with comprehensive knowledge in their chosen specialization (English, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies) and equips them with innovative teaching methods, classroom management strategies, and educational technologies.
The curriculum emphasizes both subject matter expertise and pedagogy, ensuring that future educators are not only knowledgeable in their fields but also skilled in delivering lessons in a manner that fosters critical thinking and engagement among students. Curriculum
BSEd program at FEU Roosevelt is designed to prepare future educators with the knowledge, skills, and values needed for effective teaching in secondary schools. The curriculum includes General Education courses for a strong academic foundation, Professional Education courses to develop teaching competencies, and Major/Specialization courses to equip students with expertise in their chosen field. Additionally, students complete National Service Training Program (NSTP) and PATHFIT (PE) requirements to promote civic engagement and well-being. Electives allow for skill enhancement, while Institutional Courses align with FEU Roosevelt’s mission of resilience, competence, and integrity.
