Admission
- Apply online by visiting this link to register, and select Higher Education.
- Select Applicant type and fill out the registration page then click submit.
- Check the link provided in your registered email to activate your account.
- Log-in using the provided username and temporary password. Then, update your password promptly.
- Click “Sign-in” , then select “Application Form”. Fill out all the necessary information, then click “Submit” once done.
- Pay the ₱500 FEUCAT Fee. Select “Application Fee” to upload the proof of payment.
- Select “Exam Booking”, then click on “Launch Exam Booking page” and select your preferred FEUCAT schedule.
- Login to your account after you receive your FEUCAT result and proceed to enrollment.
Enrollment Procedures
- Click “Enrollment Information” and click “Submit” once finished.
- Click “Enrollment requirements” then click “Upload” once done.
- Click “Program tagging” to select your program preference.
- After Program Tagging, choose your preferred class schedule by clicking “Class Schedule”.
- Then Manage enrollment >> Enroll >> Free course or Batch enrollment. Select the courses you prefer to enroll in or select your preferred section for batch enrollment.
- Once done, click “Next”. A computation of the total tuition fee for your selected courses will be displayed. Then, click “Enroll”. A confirmation of your successful enrollment will also be displayed.
- The students need to pay the necessary school fees for enrollment. Refer to the payment channels for the procedures. Payment Options
- After payment, click the next steps in your admission account for the other information needed as an incoming Tamaraw.
Requirements for New Students / Transferees
- Form 138 (Original Report Card for Freshmen) (TOR for Transferee)
- Permanent Record (Form 137) (To be Requested after enrollment)
- Photocopy of NSO Birth Certificate
- Certificate of Good Moral Character (New Students) / Honorable Dismissal (Transferees)
- 2 pieces of 2×2 pictures with a white background
- Marriage Certificate (Applicable to married female applicants who have changed their maiden name.)

- Check the link provided in your registered email to activate your account.
- Log-in using the provided username and temporary password. Then, update your password promptly.
- Click “Sign-in” , then select “Application Form”. Fill out all the necessary information, then click “Submit” once done.
- Ph500 FEUCAT Fee. (WAIVE) sent an email to cgelua@feuroosevelt.edu.ph or jlipio@feuroosevelt.edu.ph, admissions@feuroosevelt.edu.ph informing interest to enroll as transferee and attached your TOR.
- “Exam Booking” (WAIVE).
- Login to your account after you receive reply to your email that your application as transferee is validated and proceed to enrollment.
Enrollment Procedures
- Click “Enrollment information” and click “Submit” once finished.
- Click “Enrollment requirements” then click “Upload” once done.
- “Program tagging” is not required for transferee.
- The program head will encode the Credited subjects from your previous school.
- Once approved by the Dean and Registrar, choose your preferred class schedule by clicking “Class Schedule.”
- Then Manage enrollment>> Enroll >> Free course. Select the courses you prefer to enroll.
- Once done, click “Next”. A computation of the total tuition fee for your selected courses will be displayed. Then, click “Enroll”. A confirmation of your successful enrollment will also be displayed.

For Foreign Students
- Academic Records:
- Submit your academic transcripts and diplomas, along with certified English translations if necessary.
- Should bear the original signature of the Registrar or Principal and the school seal attested by the Ministry of Education in the applicant’s country (for non DepEd recognized schools)
Note: Authentication must be done by the Philippine Foreign Service Post in the student’s country of origin or legal residence. The English translation must be authenticated as well.
- Birth Certificate
- This is a requirement for age validation and in securing the student’s Learners Reference Number (LRN).
- Certificate of Good Moral, if available.
- English Proficiency:
- If English is not your first language, you’ll need to submit proof of English proficiency, such as TOEFL or IELTS scores. Some universities offer English proficiency courses for beginners.
- Valid Passport:
- Provide a copy of your valid passport for nationality verification.
- Valid Visa:
- Before enrollment, you’ll need to submit a visa with at least 3 months’ validity
- This is for Special Study Permit or Student Visa (9F) application purposes from the Philippine Bureau of Immigration
- Two (2) pieces of 2”x 2” latest colored ID pictures on the white background wearing a collared shirt or blouse.
