The collaborative effort between FEUR Rodriguez’s Interact Club and Dance Club resulted in a successful and impactful “2023 Year-End Leadership Seminar: How YOUth Can Change the World.” With Mr. Dranreb I. Radan as the guest speaker, students gained valuable insights into effective leadership, time management, and stress avoidance. The seminar not only provided practical strategies for success but also fostered an environment of unity, diversity, and individuality. By encouraging students to tap into their inherent abilities and skills, the seminar aimed to empower future leaders to make a positive impact in their communities and beyond.
As the seminar inspires and equips young leaders to change the world, it is essential to extend the learnings and momentum beyond the event. Students should actively apply the strategies and techniques discussed during the seminar to their everyday lives and leadership roles. Additionally, school administrators and organizations should continue to organize similar events and provide platforms for students to display their abilities and talents. By nurturing and supporting young leaders, we can create a generation that is empowered, pragmatic, and ready to tackle the challenges of the world, making a lasting difference in their communities.
